Science Without Experiment is Void

How did we learn Science in school when we were kids? We learned the answers by heart and that is the way it is still happening. What is the use of such education when we are not able to explain it in our words? Kids in The Paras World School are examples we need to follow to show to the kids of other schools in Gurgaon. An activity for the kids to learn the properties of water was conducted by the school teachers. The primary section kids mastered the properties like never before. Although the activity of a particular concept has been a routine in the school, such experiments of Science that required patience and intelligence were never attempted. This was a novice attempt and turned out to be fruitful.

This experiment proves that learning by doing definitely helps students even in Primary section to learn Science better. A recent study by the UChicago-led study pointed to the fact that students who learn through experiments perform way better than those who are far from the first letter of Experiment.

While teaching from the text can make a class sound dull and boring, experiments excite the young minds to get involved. Involvement in any subject with interest is the key to better understanding.
